Delaying in issue

Dear sir, my mother passport applied in june and police verification came on march and we enqired in commisioner office of mysore they said police verification has been sent to rpo bangalore.

so i'm waiting eagerly to get my mother's passport as she is alone in india need to bring her with me in dubai, but becouse of his lack of rpo's delay, trying to see status but web page is not opening at all.

please do some favour for us.
