Change of place just before the Police Verification

Respected Sir,

With due regards, this is to request that I, Manju Tripathi w/o Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, had applied for the Passport from Maihar with all requisite documents and fees in Dec. 2008. Then in Jan, as per your requirement, I had sent the original affidavit of Marriage.as per letter no Nil from your august office bearing no file number of mine. After it we could not hear any thing from your august office till today.

In the meantime, my husband got another job at Raipur (C.G.), and therefore, we were bound to shift from Maihar to Raipur before March, (on 24th March).

Our friends at Maihar informed that the Police had visited for verification in April first week, but that was too late and beyond my expectation. what happened is not yet informed to us.

We are now at Raipur, under the jurisdiction of Thana-Pandari, Mowa, Raipur where we had already submitted the declaration of the tenancy (as my new address proof) of-
