Roaming connection problem

Hi,

My phone number is 9851229053 (prepaid). Currently my parents are in Velore hospital on roaming. Till tomorrow incomming/outgoing was okay but I am unable to do incomming/outgoing call from today. Phone is registered in WB. I called to customer care WB today from NJ, USA. They assigned me the below complain no 4167043.

Can you please look into this matter as an urgent bais?
