Passport delayed after police verification done

Respected Sir,

I would like to inform you that i along with my wife had applied for passport on 07-10-11 vide File. No. PAT-A097791-11 and File. No. PAT-A097797-11 respectively. Our police verification is also clear. Right now status on webpage showing that It is requested to call on this office on any working day (except Wednesday) 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and see the Passport Officer or Public Relation Officer. Earlier the status said that passport would be despatched by 04-Feb. But I am calling again to again but no one picks up my call. So Request to you look into this matter and get my passport quickly issued.
