Deactivated Add-on facility

Dear All,
I am a customer of Aircel last 4 years. Now they have introduced new scheme for add-on (club 5). I have given request for the same, they also deducted the rant for the same. But with out any prior information they deactivated add-on facility. I was made compliant on 05.02. they assured with in 48hr the problem will be solved. But till date they have not taken any step to solve my problem and there is no proper response from them. Kindly advice as a consumer how we can make them to understand our problem and solve problem with in time. At present their services are very poor, no proper response, ask them to wait customers long time in toll free line.
