G984209 on 25/08, however in the new passport the address has been mentioned as house no. 2632, sector 28, Old Faridabad, Haryana 121008 whereas the correct address is HOUSE NO. 2362, SECTOR 28, OLD FARIDABAD, HARYANA 121008.
