No body picks the phone

Sub: No one responds for the phone calls.

Hi, sir, my name is srikanth. I am resident of Hyderabad. I have applied for passport in e seva center on 5.09.08 after one month exactly my verification was done (6.10.08). And in the official web site of cyberabad police commissioner my details are displayed like "your file has been dispatched to RPO with the above file reference number" And it is mentioned that " Further information Please Contact Regional Passport Office 91 - 40 - 27704646, 27708585, 27704747 " This is what they have mentioned, and when ever i call them, the phone rings but no one answers the call. and i am sure even the tele-enquirers number too, no body answers. And when i check the the passport status it displays the message that "Police Report has not been received".

Sir, i kindly request you to please look in to this issue, and make sure that some would answer the call and help the persons who would be more eager to know about the status of their passports. And sir, if you could let me know the status of my passport file with the reference number H001020.
