In reference to above cited subject a passport of deepesh mohan r/o scf 221, green square market hissar [haryana] with passport no. f 8777463 was issued w/o sign of issuing authority though stamp of office is affixed.kindly tell me how to apply for rti to get info on whose negligence of duty is it.
