Passport complaint
No sign of passport after 60 days

Sir,

The passport application status in the rpobangalore.gov.in site has not changed for a long time. I have been checking on it everyday since three weeks. The tele enquiry numbers are always busy. Hence I was forced to send an email last week for which I have not received any reply as yet.

My application date is 4th December [B20150708]. It has exceeded its 45 days period. I want the passport urgently as my career depends on it. If the status of the application is not conveyed what will I tell my workplace? I am told that I could join the company only if I had a passport.

Kindly, tell me the status of my application and the date of dispatching as early as possible.
