Applied for PCC

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for PCC in Hyd regional passport office on 14/-09-09, Receipt No, M019149. I am in a desperate need of getting back to London immediately, as my wife in London is very ill and in serious condition, there is no one to look after her at the moment, I came to india for a holiday and in the meanwhile applied for PCC but my passport is stuck in the Passport office. I beg you sir/madam, plz kindly send me my passport back, I dont mind if you dont send the PCC along with it or if you want me to withdraw the application. Please kindly understand my situation and do me this favour, It would be a great great help for my life.
