Outgoing and Income calls are disconnedted

Hi...

I am using this Aircel post-paid connecting for the past 1 year, but i am not happy with this service for the past 3 months.

The reason is with out any intimation outgoing and incoming calls are getting barred.. though i am using this service most of the time. and too paid my bills in regular intervals.

Concern person take necessary action as soon as possible.
