Delay In delivery

Hello Sir,

I am Ashwini Wattamwar.

I have applied for the Passport on 05th May. My passport application file reference no. is f011138.

I reside in Nanded which comes under Nagpur division to issue the passport. I haven't received my

passsport till the time.

I have enquired many times regarding this in Passport Division Nagpur and SP office Nanded, but in

vain. When I enquired in Nagpur office, they say that we have not received your Police Enquiry cleared

document till the time, though I had cleared it on 28th May but when I enquired in Nanded SP

office for the same they say that its been cleared and sent to the Nagpur Passport office immediately.

Now the thing is that I am frustrated very much and thinking that if Nagpur office didn't receive it and

Nanded office had sent it to them, then where the hell this Police Enquiry Document is been gone.

Now nobody is really ready to take the initiative to move ahead, this is really horrible and been

frustrating for me.

At the initial stage when I enquired with Nagpur Office they agreed that they had received the police

enquiry copy from Nanded but misplaced somewhere. Is that my fault?

At the same time I asked the solution for the situation, they told me that we will send request to Nanded SP

office asking for another photo copy of the same Police Enquiry cleared Document.

After some time, I enquired with Nanded SP office, if they had received any request for asking

the Cleared Police Enquiry Document photocopy again.

I kept on taking follow-ups till the time, but neither Nagpur Passport office nor the SP office Nanded are

moved ahead a single inch.

I posted all my queries regularly under Grievance Heading on the status page of Passport.gov.in. Here I

want to say something, if these queries are always left unattended, then what is the use of that Grievance

over there? Better they should remove the word from the status page.

This is a great example of misery a common man can face in our Indian administrative services.

So is there anybody who can help me to come of this situation? I don't know what to do now? whom to meet

now?

Sir, I request you to look in the matter if possible. I am saying it if possible because at this time I don't know

rather this complaint will be attended or not.
