Dear Sir/Madam,

I regret to inform u that i have puchased the above connection from Khurana watch company on 7/4 they informed me that it will be activated within 15 minutes but till now it is not started. Neither the Khurana watch company's personnel is picking up the phone nor nodal officer no. or appellate authority phone no. is connecting msg comes plz check the number.

plz let me know the remedy what to do
