Can`t recived passport

Dear sir/ madam i have applied a passport before that`s ref no is CHDZ39341008

in that case m facing a prob site will say (FURNISH FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR CHANGE IN NAME / SURNAME AFTER MARRIAGE:(A) MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE REGISTRAR OF MARRIAGES; OR (1) DEED POLL ON STAMP PAPER AS PER ANNEXURE-A OF THE INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION FORM ; AND (2) JOINT PHOTOGRAPH; AND (3) PHOTOCOPY OF HUSBAND'S PASSPORT IF ANY.) but i post all document by speed post on13.05.2009 but site last posted its not updated pls make it so fast as soon as possible thanking you
