Dear sir,

My name is sree kumar K.A a 23 yr old guy. I applied for a passport file ref no. A038763, key no 6503876308 at bhikaji cama place in new delhi Dated 23-09 which is yet to be recieved. An inspector came to my place for verification purpose I submitted all the required details including the some photocopies of required documents, but still I had no passport for months.

same inspector came for verification after I submitted my Re-verification application again I submitted all the required details still nothing happened. I checked my passport status passport.gov.in earlier status was police report pending. He came in for the third time & same thing happened. I checked the status again now the status is blank. He came in for the third time & same thing happened. It’s been almost 9 months & still has not recieved my passport.

I request you to please look into the matter & I hope for an immediate action to be done
