Passport not received
Passport not issueed even after 18 days under tatkal scheme

I had applied for my 4 months old daughter's passport under tatkal scheme.

I had applied on 20th Nov and I haven't received the passport. As per the time mentioned for tatkal scheme I should have received it in a one week time.

The status on the site shows that passport was ready on 25th Nov. I have sent few mails on the mail address mentioned on the site but there are no reply.

All the efforts to contact over phone are in vain.

The file number for the application is C021629.

I would appreciate your response as soon as possible.
