PASSPORT NOT RECEIVED FROM LAST 7 MONTHS

Sir,

Despite mailing several times to the concerned authority of passport office, lucknow, I have not received any response for my sister ANJALI SINGH'S passport. I had to apply for US visa for which I had selected dates but because of the delay from the passport department, I am suffering both mentally and financially. All documents were completed as per laid down procedures, still police verification is pending from last 3 month (as displayed on your site http://passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php).

Please look in the matter so the we may get the reply because documents as required and guided by the concerned official was already completed.
