Arred no (bsnl land no)

I have been using aiecel connection for the last eight month. But last two month i am facing a problem of not getting network to a particular bsnl landline no. i have lodged complain many times in customer care but they till now have not resolved the problem. they have supplied the complain no (R003640107) but still it is hopeless situation.
