STATUS: Application is pending for want of Police Report.

Its been 3 months from the date of application submission, but i have not got Police Enquiry yet. i have gone to passport office they say conatact local police station & local police station say contact SP office & i hade gone every where but still they have no idea about my application form.

so that it seems that nothing has changed from past, as is heard that now passport office is faster, it still sucks. If anybody can look into it, please do
