Not recieved the passport of my grand son

Respected Sir,
It is in your kind information that I applied for passport for my Grand Son, Amritpal Singh on 6.5.2009. His File no. is Asr- C002040. His date of birth is 31.01.2008. You will be also surprised to know that above two months are passed I did not receive it till now. I saw on Application Status page after one week of applying it that ‘’ Passport will be sent on 27th May’’. Now about four weeks are passed I am looking on this site that:--

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time
I could not understand why it is delayed. I request you to look into this matter personly and arrange to send it immediately because I have to send it UK embassy with my son’s and his family’s passports for visa. My daughter is calling them again and again to come in UK because she is not well there. She needs them there.
Not only I hope but I am sure I must receive it earliest by your interference.
