Delay in Issue of Passport

My daughter (Shreya Keshava), submitted her application for issue of fresh passport against expired one at Bhopal Passport office on 26th June and the file no. is A015557. The passport is stll awaited. On enquiry I am told that police report is still awaited. I am in Bhopal since January and prior to that I was in Gaya, Bihar. The report from Bhopal Police has been submitted but report from Gaya police is awaited. If police report is not received why we should suffer. It is the failure of the Govt. System. Please look into it and take necessary action for early issue of the passport. I lodged complaint earlier also but no action has been taken. I hope this time it will get your attention.
