Non Issue of passport

I have applied for passport for my daughter aged 7 years. The details are as :-

Name:- SMITI AYACHIT

Date of Birth:- 25/11

File No:- C 003518

Office:- Bhopal (MP)

Date of application 25th Sep'08

Still I have not got any reply nor anybody from Police station came to verify the address etc
