Delay in re-issue of passport

I was applyed a appication in dec. Number of objection given by this office time to time. I rectified all objection time to time. Recently on july, a objection was send by passport office Bhopal that " A fresh NOC send in proper format". I was send a fresh Noc in proper format issused by our company on dated 30-08. But till date, i have neither received my passport or any new objection. I have also write a mail for receiving of my fresh NOC. BUT no any answer is received by passport office. so please informe me either you recevied my fresh Noc or not. and what is status of re-issue of my passport. MY FILE no. is BPLR002633, YEAR DATE OF BIRTH 31/05/1972.
