Passport Office Bhubaneswar
Not received passport

Dear Sir,

I Sri Ajay ku Mathur has applied for passport in Bhubaneswar passport office through post office Bhawanipatna in 12/09 the receipt no of post office is EE303971970IN the DD no is 365493 dated 11/09 in Andhra Bank Bhawnipatna the file no is ORIW01002807. But till date i.e.26/02 I am not received my passport. When I am contact the passport office they said that police verification was not complete then I contact police station they said police verification was complete and despatched to passport office.

There fore I request to you kindly help me in this regards so I thankful to you
