Not doing any processing

I applied for passport on 3rd feb.in bhubaneswar passport office (File no.002866-07). After 15 days of application i got a job in Baroda and I came here. As there no processing done till two years in orissa even after repeatd enquiry and request. In the first week of feb I went to BBS passport office and applied to transfer my file to Gujarat as i was residing in baroda. Pass port officers promised me to send the file to Ahmedabad within 15 days. But there is no documents of my file available in Ahmedabad passport office. On 27th Aug '2009when I again enquired in BBS passport office the file had not been sent to gujarat. They told it would be transfered that day only. But till date no processings done. I urgently require my pass port.

Please take necessary actions for issuing my passport.
