Not satisfy with the service

I have activated unlimited plan of 98 for using net, but they have not still given me the setting that how i should connect it with my pc. whenever i call on customer care they say that we will call you within 2 hour, and when i say that i every time i call you and there is no response from your side they imidiately cut the phone i have made that 98 e recharge on 1st june. as it look i have wasted my money. tell what i should do?
