Passport not received

My name is Sonia Pathak and I had applied for the passport on 4th April and all the inquries are complete and positive but still i have not received the passport as my husbands and my sons passport is received as they were also applied the same day. I have applied for a job in the Gulf but due to the passport no. not available i cannot complete the form.

Why do i have to suffer due to ur failures.

Secondly, My date of birth is written wrongly in the status enquiry online system.
