Dealying issue passport

Dear Sir,

My file No A360321 applied for passport on 15-06. RPO Hyderabad. I received a letter from police enquiry stating that my varificatio was completed and the the varification report but from kadapa passport office the report was not come but its very very urjent sir i call from kuwait sit this passport belongs to my wife sir i call to passport office of kadapa they r telling me MR.SP was not singed from 50 days why i dont know why they r not sined sir but i request u sir pls as early as posible pls make it fast sir
