Passport Application Missing

Hello Sir,

My name is Mukesh Kumar S/o Sri Tej Singh and i am resident at VPO- Pingore, Teh- Hodal, Distt- Palwal, Haryana- 121105. I am writing this mail because i am able not to trace my passport application which is pending due to police verification. I need your attention i applied passport on date 22-05 but my status is show "Application wait wants for Police verification"

please let me know that status passport enquiry. I have gone to passport office they say contact local police station & local police station say contact SP office & i Had gone every where but still they have no idea about my application form. I have sent a FAX to passport office.

I tried city magistrate passport cell faridabad fax number (0129-2432984), but this FAX No. is not working. I have need of passport immediate because it is matter of my career. Where i need to contact for the passport verification. So please assist me for the same. Below details are of my passport form.
