Regarding my mother passport

Dear sir,

I applied my mother passport On dt:-25.11.09.We are residence in delhi but our home town is Zaheerbad. Unforunatelly my father died on 03.12.09, due to that fo while Police came for verification my mother is in Zaheerabad for my dad's last things and we receive a letter from passport that contact pro because during verification out of station. Due to that the reason we are shifted to zaheerbad my home town. But before shifting i went passport on 02.03.10 office and given letter of shifting so i can make my mother passport from hyderabad. They receive the letter and told me with one week you receive a letter form passport office in zaheerabad adderess and take the letter contact in hyderabad passport office.

But again we receive a letter from delhi passport office on delhi address that during the verification out of station.

So, i don't no what i have to do. Please help me on this matter and advise us
