I'm using aircel postpaid. Since aircel introduced unlimited gprs service, I thought to try in prepaid. I bought a new prepaid sim and activated gprs. Then I received an sms that the service will be activated within 48 hours. But it took 6 days to activate, only after regular complaints. Then I tried connecting the mobile with PC. But no use. I called gprs cust care but no proper response. After a week's time, one person from gprs cust care told that my phone will not support the service. I use nokia 3120c. I can use the service with Airtel and vodafone. Poor response from cust care. Aircel should concentrate on customer care to deal with the customers in a smooth and quick manner. Or else the company may loose its customers very soon.
