Still I dont recieved my son Mohammed Ayan Passport

I had applied my son (Mohammed Ayan) passport on 20/02, police enquiry came to my residance. But during that time I was in tour to Abu Dhabi. So police send report to passport office that "Person is not living on said address". When I came back then I went to passport office and submitted the 3-copies of PPForm along with all the details on 12/05. But till not now no police enquiry came. I also visited 2-times to passport office, they told that enquiry will come in 15 days. Again almost month is going to finished but no enquiry came.

Even I had send 3-4 times email to delhi PRO but they not replyied on that. So I am requesting you to please look into the matter.
