Passport not received DLH Z093215 10 Status Passport Dispatch is underway

Hi,

I have applied for the passport on March 26. My police verification was done in a month s time but I have yet not received my passport. It shows "Passport number J0489319 is allotted. Passport dispatch is underway" from 10 days but I have yet not received the passport. Can you please help me in informing when will I get my passport delivered or if I can pick it up at the counter or anywhere else.?

It s very urgent for me to travel as my husband is already out of the country. I really need this very urgent. Here are the application details-
