I have not received my Passport yet Applied on 1st June

Dear Sir / Madam,

I, Anup Bansal, have applied for my passport as per following details:

Passport File No. : DLH - D002141-10

Application Date : 01-06

Applicant Name: Anup Bansal

I regret to inform you that I have not received my passport till date.

While applying, I was committed by officer on duty that I will receive my passport within 30 days. Moreover, I have personally sent numerous followup emails at given email id grv.jscpv@mea.gov.in but have never received any positive response till date.

I have contacted passport officer many times over phone 011- 23384519 / 23384497 to enquire about status but they have not given any concrete response.

Also, I have sent my complaint thru Fax at 011-23384461 on 15th Oct-10 but no response on this even.

With due respect, I sincerely request you to help me in arranging my passport at the earliest.
