Not getting settings for my device

Sir,

i am calling custmer care on 121, 9858012345 from last one and half month

even i recharged my numbers with rs 98 for unlimited browsing, my deice shows

running of internet but i m unable to access web, custmer care says our u will get

a call from our gprs department within 24 hrs, but i had'nt recieved any call from the

aboove said.

please help me if u can!
