PASSPORT OFFICE
After one year of application passport not issued

This is Alok Kumar from chapra (bihar) My file no:-a062117, Year 2007. one year has been complete for application submitted for passport. but till now its not issued. All verification has been over. when ever in check on site it shows that due to unavoidable condition passport couldnt dipatch it will be dispatch in coming week"s time.

Im not geeting wts the unavoidable condition & when that week: will come when my passport will isssued.

Pls. help me out.
