Delay in issuing passport

Sir,

I am saurabh mohanlal gupta from indore. My file reference no. is BPLz288289. I have submitted my application form on 26/06 and all the verifications have been done by the police and i have submitted all the necessary documents needed.

The objection which is applied on my Application are-

[Furnish attested copy of proof of your current address i.e. Election Comm. Identity Card/Ration Card/Elect. or Telephone Bill/Bank Passbook (all pages)/service certificate from employer etc.which should be in your name/spouse's name or in the name of parents

But, I have already submitted the these needed documents with proofs before 2-3 weeks. But still i cannot get my passport yet.

Please, look into these matter sir as soon as possible.
