Not able to get exact status of passport application

Hi,

I have applied passport for my child on 23-06. Allocated reference number is M005924.

From last 1.5 month i am seeing "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time " as status on the passport website.

Please tell me, is there any issue with my application? How long it will take?

If there is any issue then it should be updated on the website properly.

Passport officer should provide more valuable and correct information on website.By doing this at least people will be satisfied for some extant.
