Non delivery of passport

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the passport which was ready for delivery in July. In the meanwhile I was transferred to Jammu and now again transferred to Adampur Doaba. Presently I am working with Syndicate Bank as Sr Branch Manager, at Adampur Doaba -144102.

My File no is Z 092998 dated 12/05 with Key no 9009299807/DPC Nehru Place.

I have written number of times to the Delhi passport office for delivery at my current address. More over I am working in a Nationalised Bank. But there is no response till date from the officials. I have also written to RTI from where my application is twice returned by Sh Bidhi Chand, Deputy Passport Officer (CPV-RTI) & central public information officer mentioning that I have written the name of the office to whom I have deposited the application. Sir in Govt Department application is not submitted to the individual person but to the department and I have submitted the application to the Delhi Passport office, at BHIkajicama Place, but there is no response of the higherups also.

I wish to request you again by this mode, to make arrangement to deliver my passoport which is not delivered to me from the last two years.
