DELAY IN DELIVERY OF PASSPORT

Sir,

I have submitted my passport for renewal vide application no. Z031518 on 20/02 with Shakar Pur, Passport Office. Inspite of no changes in renewal of my passport I have not received my renewed passport till date. I have also mailed the complaints a number of times to RPO, Delhi regarding this on May 26, June 5 & on June 14. Also, there is no reply on telephone nos. provided for helpline/complaints.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter as it's already more than 4 months past.
