I had applied for a renewal of my passport. I had submitted all the documents required.

As requested by my online status, I have furnished my passport in original and submitted my attested photocopy of my passport to Mr Tulsi Das, Suptd on 24th June. My status on the passport website has not been updated.

This is the second time that i have submitted my attested photocopy. The first time was on 26th May.

I have sent emails and tried calling them on the phone but no one ever picks up the phone.

I dont know what else to do.
