Hyderabad Passport Website not working properly

Hi

I have applied for a new passport for my spouse and it registers the application successfully and generates a identity number HYDI16521708. But it does not allows to create an appointment date. This has been a hindrance for lots of online users. Requested to RPO Hyd to look into this as soon as possible and solve it.
