Sir,

With reference to the subject cited above, I regret very much to bring this complaint before you that, I was issued passport in the month of January at the time of issuing Passport a objection was raised that I possess one Passport already, that was not true, we paid the penatly of Rs.1000 on Jan 03 and the case was settled, and I was issued the passport on 04-01. Now, I received the letter from AMERICAN CONSULATE FOR FINAL PROCESSING OF IMMIGRANT VISA, I APPLIED FOR P.C.C. THEN MY PASSPORT HAS BEEN HELD, DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF PASSPORT OFFICIALS, DID NOT SETTLE THE CASE, WHILE ENTERING INTO SYSTEM. AS A RESULT I MAY LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY OF GETTING IMMIGRATION TO USA.TO APPEAR IN INTERVIEW I HAVE TO PRODUCE THE DOCUMENTS ON OR BEFORE NOV.04. I HUMBLY REQUEST THE PASSPORT OFFICER TO SETTLE MY CASE AND ISSUE MY PASSPORT TO ENABLE ME TO TO INTERVIEW FOR IMMIGRATION.
