Online registration form issue

Hi,

I am trying to register the appointment, to submit my passport application. After filling the form it is asking for the confirmation of date. while confirming i am getting the HTTP 500 error. I am unable to submit the form. I don't know how to proceed further. Can any one help me in this.

Basically this is defect in the Web site. This is normal error in web site developemnt but the developer/ the company who has developed this should have taken some care. It seems like they are very careless.
