DELAY IN RENEWAL OF PASSPORT

My name is Wing Commander N.R.Kumar. I had applied for renewal of my Passport on 30 Apr 08 .

My File No is: F 016122 . I have to go abroad by end of June and inspite of various attempts to know the status of my passport no response so far. Those BSNL numbers given never answered. No one answer the query. For the last 3 weeks status of my Passport on web site shows awaiting Police verification

I do not have any clue how to secure my passport.
