Alance not refunded

I have complaint to aircel on 11-12th july for wrong deduction of balance and my complaint number was 1-5548372723 they give me resolution dates as 16th july then 21st july then 27th july and said me that the balance will be refunded but still the balance is not refunded beyond this they have further deducted my balance three times more, now when i call to customer care they were just making fool till the next resolution date and when i want to talk to there senior they just drop the line about 20-30 plus times and sometimes they have connected the call to gprs department or somewhere else.now at the end today when i talked to there senior they just skip from there words by saying that i have not posted any complaint to them and over this they changed the subject of the complaint too.before this i was also having problem with gprs connection but they have not helped me in any way, i have solved it on my own by changing the handset.

I request TRAI to take some serious actions over this matter to save the customer rights
