Non compliance of Tatkal Service

Sir,

I have submitted new passport application for my daughter on 23 june under tatkal service.

I am working in gulf and completely aware of procedures and policies of passport application.

I have prepared a affidavit from the local embassy for consent as parent working abroad which is attested by the indian mission and was submitted by my wife at regional PP office in Hyderabad along with the passport application filed online complying to the checklist.

I check the status of the application online which says "PLEASE FURNISH FATHER/MOTHER CONSENT IN AFFIDIVIT {IF PARENT (S) IN ABROAD CONSENT TO BE ATTESTED BY THE INDIAN MISSION".

My wife submitted the affidavit once again and after a week of submission, upon status check we still get same status asking us to submit the affidavit for the 3rd time.

I have writted several mails to the passport officer Mr. Bala Bhaskar, but he never cared to acknowledge it. The file no. of application C013276 which can be traced online at http://164.100.17.24/passmain.php? city=hyd

How can I resolve such creepy procrastinating action of passport office. Is there any check on them?
