Passport has not been received

Dear Sir,

I applied for the passport on June 19 but I have not received it yet. The website shows same status from last two and half months. I am afraid now.

File Reference Number: JPR-A025245-09 | Application Date : 19-06

Applicant's Name: EKTA Applicant's | Date of Birth : 10-02-1991

STATUS: Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 08-09. Subject to all documents being in order.

Please look into the matter. If there is any document deficiency, then please show the correct status on website sothat I can act accordingly.
