Deduction Of Charges for activatin DND service

I have a aircel connection from Kolkata (9804026966). On 29th July i have send a sms to 1909 writing START DND and for which my balance got deducted from Rs.10 to Rs.-100.I am in roaming and have given a complain for it on the same day only. But still now the problem is unsolved and i am unable to make or receive any calls.

The CSO'S only say wait for 48 hrs and your problem will be solved.
