Passport application with all requisite documents was submitted.

As out is government organization, NOC issued from office was submitted in the prescribed form Annexure B along with some conditions applicable to me.

So now passport office is asking NOC without conditions where as my office is telling that this is a approved format by Mininstry of Agriculture and in past also the NOC was issued in same format and passport was issued.

So I request that passport may please be issued as all the formalities has been completed.
